  • Signage – We will design and place signage on your property, which may include banners, billboards etc.
  • Direct mailing to target buyers – Knowing who the potential candidates are for each type of property we market is a major part of our job.
  • Networking with other Real Estate professionals and Commercial Brokers – Via direct mailings, monthly commercial meetings, email marketing, etc.
  • Exposure through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) – Which provides specific data about your property to local Real Estate professionals.
  • Internet Exposure – Through Loopnet, CoStar, Property Line, Deal Makers Network, Twitter, Commercial Source, BossCommercial.com and/or other electronic mediums.
  • Print Advertising – Advertising in the local newspaper and other target magazines/mediums such as Florida Real Estate Journal, Florida Trend, the Deal Makers Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Market Watch, etc.
  • Direct Phone Solicitation – We will personally call target buyers and investors.
  • Revisiting past prospects – For similar properties which are currently in data files.
